What happens when you spend 20 days at home doing nothing in the 21st century????I don't know about the others but I had a self realization which was “THE IDIOT BOX WAS NEVER MORE IDIOTIC”. It will not take any one watching television to find the effect of REALITY BUG every channel has more than a few reality shows, the news channel have nothing better to do than discussing the outcome of these shows. God help them or rather God help us!!!!
For the last 5 years I have been audience to many reality shoes from KBC to Roadies but in today’s scenario you will have to be audience to reality shows coz there are only some shows not bit by the reality bug, some of them merely define entertainment and the new definition of entertainment is Getting married on the IDIOT BOX. It’s a pity seeing an individual’s life changing decision given no importance over TRP and MONEY. These shows are more ridiculous than they sound and I have much sympathy to offer for the audience who watch these shows.
21st century is very real and as things are proceeding one day even I will be a part of a reality show but hope people call that entertainment

MOTIVATING MEDIA????

Imagine something like this you did bad in your exam(i know its not that difficult to imagine)and instead of motivating ,what your parents do is publish a full page size photograph of your result in the local newspaper(Gosh!I am imaginative)there is no asking how one would feel but we get a very practical example of this ,which is given by our media.
Recently after seeing the media appalude our cricket team for winning the tri-series and grabbing the number 1 spot in the ODI rankings,then was the twist in the tale two nights later they came out with statement SUICIDE IN CENTURION ,NAK KAT GAYI.
Wow that was just for loosing one match but basically for TRP , i am still trying to understand one thing that why can't they be slightly motivating i mean why to hit a person after he has met with an accident insteas of giving first aid.Maybe its due to increase TRP or the media hates our cricketers whatever be the reason i think they are small enough when you deal with something that hold a nation's emotion.

TRiPLe LoAdING

Once upon time there was a bike and three people and the story was called TRIPLE LOADING.Well i don't know how many of you had the experience of this amazing,rule breaking experience i know THE KING OF BOLLYWOOD Mr.Sharukh Khan has(refer SWADESH).
Being a part of the Indian Youth and most importantly the INDIAN YOUTH which belong to the MIDDLE CLASS i have loads of experience of this wonderful, petrol(money)saving phenomenon and if you are careful enough to save yourself from KANUN KE LAMBE HATH(which is quite easy since its blindfolded)you can have loads of fun,the best part is no doubt one of us getting down(not the driver)whenever one spots the honest traffic police and the rest two drivin with the innocent"WE KNOW NOTHING"expression.
"EVERY AGE HAS ITS BEAUTY" and at our age the more amount of money you can save on something like FUEL the more beautiful it gets,and this invention certainly saves a lot........and the amount of fun that associated with it makes it even more .............WANTED
Note-The above act defined should not be followed if two of three riders have enough VOLUME to cover the whole bike.

That alarm tone did wake me up.Oh!Wow nice situation to be in, hell you have no idea what lecture is going on and you have been fired a question but before the alarm tone changes into a more frightening one you get a murmuring sound
"6....its six" and the sounds gets amplified from my mouth to reach the teacher and other staring eyes (i hoped it reached to the feminine ones first)"Sir ,6"

Thank God someone was paying attention!!As usual dhakkan(vineet) saved our(ok!my) neck.
3rd,4th,5th,6th and finally the 7th semester we have kept the team work going actually dhakkan does the work and the rest of us form the team so its good team work.
Well i don't know what premonitions people have about us,but i would like to say that we are a bunch of over talented people who spend most of the time using their talent for various creative activities(which i don't know but only we think are creative).
Well just to give a introduction to the people i am talking about is not very necessary these are the guys who have the guts to smile even after a 2 hr boring lecture but it will be a bit of unfair on my part as a blogger to speak about the wooden,non living thing bench and not about the people who give life to it(wah!wah! kya bola hai).

Panda(Saral Mathur)-Well i have known this guy since my first year,one of the most brilliant C.G.P.A ranges in the country similar to the recession graph started with an 8.4 and i think also manged a 5.92 this time.Extremely talented person has never missed the breakfast (wow that takes something)

Dhakkan(Dant Manjan sorry Vineet)-the only more than 8 G.P.A on our bench therefore the least talented among us,so i won't be speaking about him but only one sincere request to any of you reading this blog please complement him on his teeths when he meets you else the only thing you would notice about him is his teeth:-)

Beng(What was his name....yes Vikash )- this guy had so many nicknames you don't easily remember his name but he is easily the heart of our bench,the reason of us being a team(actully all of us love kicking him ) well he is beyond doubt the most hard working guy,his notes are better than any girl(seriously) and up to date a bit sentimental about his phone(dude i can only understand and piyush too)

Chopa(Sumit Kumar)-my favourite this guy has a C.G.P.A graph just reverse too Panda from 5 to 8 dude we are proud of you not many can do that.This guy has managed to pass with an E grade in every subject but........but......but........as his name if u don't know him you will find him Intelligent,Knowledgeable add some more good adjectives but if you know him you will be surprised by his efficiency in giving CHOPAS absolutely brilliant!He recently acquired affinity for Rolls rest is fine with him apart from daily CHOPAS!!!God save us would be an under statement

Pinzzz(Piyush Nath)Actually we refrain from calling him with his nickname to avoid too much of BLUSHING ,FLUSHING, he would give any girl a fight in terms of that and win by quite a margin,well he is my room-mate studies hard every semester but always gets 7.5 due to his great habit of sleeping just before the exam .Well he is seriously talented be it sport,studies,creativity and specially blushing.

HADDI(Swagat Siddhartha)-well that's me but i can't write bad about myself so will ask others for input which obviously,naturally will be good as i am the most shariff,sidha-sadha in that bench.Heehe

Anyways just wanted to say guys you Rock actually LAST BENCH ROCKS!!!!!!

After the Riot

20 phone calls in a span of 30 min(well few cals did'nt mature), just to ask if i was all right. If you could discard the tense atmosphere,worried parents and few realtives,tear gas and my first ever lathi charge it was nice to know that so many cared for you.
I could have never expected this scene three years ago when i got admitted to this place in siikim well one could not have asked for more peace(seriously sometimes it felt too much)
but the happenings on tuesday changed it all.
The 36 hrs showdown taught us unity which basically came from diversity .Its easy to just sit down in front of my notebook and to type about my feelings but whatever we witnessed there is not easy to forget or ignore i just wish things would be better when we return.
